What are the true price of getting a movie ticket at IMAX? I'm interested in seeing Star Trek at IMAX and looked up the ticket prices, which are at 11.95. My brother just purchased some tickets online and ended up with additional ticket fees and processing fees that pushed a ticket to about 14.45. I simply plan to purchase my ticket from the box office. How much am I going to end up having to ultimately pay?

I bet they don't have a phone.

there's a processing fee if you buy them online. there isn't one if you buy them in person. imagine thatand thank god they dont have a website

You might be able to get them by telegraph

1. My cell phone is dead and currently charging in my car.2. I actually checked the website, imagine that. The ticket fee and the processing fee weren't labeled as being specifically for online purchases only. 3. I'll try the telegraph option next time.

$12.00: IMAX, Bigass, brighter screen, theater is clean, nobody talks during movie$8.00: Probably some high school kids making out in the back. If you go to Park Place 16, it will be digital.$1.50: The film usually has a few tears or defects. Small chance theater could burn down.$download it: You will have the urge to brag to people that you stole it, but they will just think you're cheap and immoral.

From what I read, none of Star Trek was actually filmed in IMAX, so whats the benefit of seeing it there?
