Dr. John Kessel has won the Nebula Award for Best Novelette for his story Pride and Prometheus

This story has also made the final ballot for the Hugo Award.

took his class my senior year. good if you are looking for a historical view on science fiction writing. plus some good stories.

We had to read Pride and Prometheus for my fiction class, last semester.

He came in later and the semester and we got to meet him, cool guy.

I took a fiction writing class with him in the fall of 2007. Fantastic. This guy is awesome.
