I have a room available for lease at University Village for the summer. Rent is $380 per month, includes everything but power and cable, internet and water are included. 4 bedroom apartment, individual bathroom, full amenities (pool, volleyball court, workout room, computer lounge). lol I lived there last year in a 4 bedroom and rent was $300/month.

^The price is all over the place. I'm there now and mine is $400 /month.
