Is there any way to make the footer on every page look like that but be able to enter a unique note in each of the notes sections??

You could probably just make the bottom margin larger and try to add it to the footer. Otherwise put a text box for notes at the bottom of every page after you make the bottom margin larger.

Yeah we currently use text boxes but they get to be a pita to manage on a 50-80 pg document.

In Word 2007 you can just make the footer as large as you want. Do you want different text in the footer that people would add later or is the notes section for handwritten notes? Text boxes can be a PITA. In the format dialog -> layout -> advanced, you might find a way to lock it in place near the footer.

What are you using these notes boxes for? Are they for notes in the DIGITAL document, or for notes on the printed document? Or are they for digital notes that get printed with the document?
