If anyone has this phone I need to borrow your Verizon sim card so I can unlock mine and get it working...I have the phone but not the original sim card which apparently I need to enter the unlockcodes.

we found like a 4 year old blackberry at work that had one...it had some turn dial on the top right of the phone near the antenna

yeah, it's technically a vodafone sim card but also has the verizon logo on it. Tis a pita to get out. Not quite as bad as the 8350i from nextel though.

my curve can take a mini sd card. i guess you can call that a sim card it holds info

The World Phone is the first that has a slot for a SIM card that is a CDMA carrier phone. It is not required for operating the phone however, only for going overseas.The Storm has a SIM card that comes with it, so its ready to go global right out of the box.
