How early in the morning can you purchase beer? I don't feel like going out now, but would need to purchase it around 8 in the morning. Do they sale beer that early?

I'm under the impression that you're only not allowed to buy beer from midnight to roughly noon or 1pm or whatever it is on sundays in the afternoon.

Otherwise if a store is open, go nuts.

^I'm fairly certain you can't buy beer between 2am and 7am. Except for Sunday of course.

I used to work for HT back in the day and you could buy it at 7am when we opened, unless it was Sunday, then of course you had to wait until 12pm.

i was in a convenience store one morning right next to my office and this bum was trying to buy steel reserve and the cashier made him wait until 7.

i have had sucess before just laying money on the counter and walking out while the cashier yelled (& leaving quickly)

i am not sure what you could get charged with....you are not stealing if you paid right, but you illegally bought the alcohol because it was the wrong time

either way it does not sound too serious.

^^ back in my hometown this is how underage people often get beer. they lay down the cash, yell "yahoo bitch" and run out the door. Idk what a person could get charged with if they did this when they were 21 though.

i think there was an incident like this a few years back where a guy did this (at like 2:03AM), and the clerk came out, shot and killed the guy in his car while he was trying to drive away. Anyone else remember anything like that, i'm pretty sure there was a big thread on it
