I am currently looking for a male to take over my lease at my Avery Close apartment for the months of May- July 2009. The apartment is located on Avent Ferry Road less than a mile away from the NCSU campus and is on the Wolfline and CAT bus routes. The apartment has two levels with 2 large bedrooms upstairs (one of which I am currently in and wanting to lease out); each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Downstairs has a spacious living room, 1/2 bath, dining area, and fully furnished kitchen. A balcony is located at the back of the apartment with its own storage closet. The complex has its own private pool for the summer months. Rent is $362.50 and the water/power bill usually runs around $50 a month. Cable/Internet runs around $40 a month. I will waive the $50 application fee for anyone who is seriously interested in the apartment. Great for anyone taking summer classes or wanting to live in Raleigh for the summer!
