Asking 800 dollars.... this including the utilities ( energy, water, internet, satellite )

The apt is fully furnished so all you would need are your clothes. Its located at University Village on the top floor. It's a 3 bedroom apt with 2 other guys living here. I have a mini fridge/air purifier/and tv that would still be in my room. Theres no box in my room ( for the satellite ) but i use the tv to watch movies sometimes. Theres a 50 inch plasma in the living room.

Not trying to make or lose money here. This would be perfect for someone who is here for the first summer session of school.

its for a month and a half and it includes all utilities and its fully furnished wit extras. Like I said, I ran the numbers and thats what it would cost me for a month and a half if I had stayed.
