^I don't want to say this because it really hampers newer users from freely posting, but regardless of the 'attn' rule, the first link was posted a while ago.the second link would have made a fine topic. i really wish it he'd been betting on sports, but he's of legal age and he has every right to do it. if he can make $ playing craps, i envy him.

Damn. He claims to have won at least $500 every time he gambles except one time. I need to go the the Lawson school of gambling.

The flash game is worthless. About a month ago they reset the scores when someone out there made NCSU dominate - by like a 70 million point margin. Then they ketp resetting the scores at random intervals while NCSU continued to dominate, so it quickly became meaningless (even more so than before).

^^yeah I'm sure the NCAA loves one of its top coaches bragging about gambling...I'm sure the NCAA has no reservations whatsoever about that...
4/4/2009 2:21:36 PM
but that doesn't make it illegal. So let me get this straight. Coaches and players engage in a perfectly legal activity while attending a NCAA tournament and people go apeshitMillions of people across America filled out brackets betting on the SAME NCAA TOURNAMENT which is illegal and that's perfectly OK. Well I mean, I'm sure the NCAA does have some reservations about it.....
4/4/2009 3:13:49 PM
theres a huge difference in fans betting on the tourney, and players and coaches gamblingif you dont understand it, i cant help you
4/4/2009 3:22:49 PM
I don't see the problem as long as they are not gambling on sports. It's perfectly legal. As Roy put it in the article, if the NCAA was that worried about it why did the NCAA put the teams pretty much across the street from the casinos.
