I am look for someone (preferably a female) to sublet my apartment at Campus Edge. My lease does not end until July 31 and I'm trying to move before then. It will be available mid or late April. I have 2 female roomates who have 2 small/medium-sized dogs, but they keep the place neat and clean and are friendly. It is furnished and my room has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, W/D, dishwasher, and balcony. The clubhouse has a small movie theater, computer lab, gym, pool table, and tanning bed. There is also basketball and volleyball courts and 2 pools. The price is $535/month, which includes utilities, internet and cable. One of my roommates moved out and the other is moving out this week, so the subleaser will have the whole apt to his/herself. I'd like to move to my new apt by may 9 so even though the price is still $535/mon, i'll right a check to the subleaser for $35x3 so that price is reduced to $500/mon. here are a few pictures:
