Tonight at 10pm on ESPN2

Peter's fat can would whoop your ass

(and the asses of 99.9% of the world's population)

He might be more of a puncher than a boxer, but he can hit as hard as Tyson, and as long as he doesn't have some fucking 6'6" Russian jab-and-grab shit going against him, he's a fucking baller

don't hate

Sam Peter is a fucking monster, watch tonight before you make your ultimate decision

He is not that good. The heavyweight division just sucks. I mean, he almost got beat by an old ass James Toney (a guy that once fought at 160 lbs). It's good to see a higher profile fighter on Friday Night Fights though.

i obviously agree about seeing a high profile fighter on Friday Night Fights, but I think he is pretty good, and I think my puncher.boxer comparison is valid...he has a ton of talent, but is still very raw...if he was intelligent I'd hope he would be more polished now, so maybe he's not the brightest bulb, but like you'll admit, he is a big name and he is exciting, I just happen to think he's one of the top heavyweight fighters

and Toney had a good fight their first time, I honestly would've called it a draw instead of a Peter decision, but in their 2nd fight, Peter showed throughout the fight that he was clearly the better boxer...his first person "tape" on Toney after their first fight was sufficient for Peter to dominate their 2nd fight

and I also agree the heavyweight division sucks, I think partially because the former heavyweights nowadays are defensive ends and power forwards, but also MMA is more popular and boxing isn't...I still love boxing, and Peter is my boy

He is 30-2, and if you watched his 2 losses like I did, 1 each to Vitali and Vlad Klitschko, you'd know he was beaten because they jabbed and grabbed becase they're taller, and not cause they could go toe-to-toe with Sam Peter...and I realize that if you're tall, you use your advantage and you do the jab and grab, but you have to keep that in mind, that Peter has NEVER BEEN KNOCKED OUT, and you have to give him credit for that

yea and if its that way for boxing as long as its been around

MMA isnt gonna fare much better in regards to getting very many of those athletic HWs unless they had wrestling in their past and REALLY REALLY wanna take a serious pay cut to leave the NFL/NBA and fight for 5k three times a year

dude the runnin backs, receivers, DBs and linebackers are heavyweights nevermind the ends

the running backs are 5'10", the WRs and DBs are 6'2" 210, but the linebackers might be 6'1" 255...WRs and RBs are NOT heavyweights

you think you could take Teddy Atlas' old ass? he's pretty fundamentally sound!! lol
