My company is trying to connect a PC to a TV using a VGA to Component cable. When we connect it, the TV states that there is no signal available. Obviously, the computer's graphics card cannot convert the signal to the TV so they need to get a video card that can. Any suggestions?

Would this work?

$30 and would probably do everything you need:

What exactly are they trying to send to use it for? Office documents, video feeds, etc?
