I reported the problem to Google (apparently it is common enough for them to have a specific form for it), but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.I go to google.com, it takes me to google.es. Apparently they think my IP address is in Spain.

geo-locating on IP isn't a perfect science, and inaccuracies are very rarely google's fault.If/until your ticket is resolved, you can always use google.com/intl/us/

i would not at all be surprised if TWC had something to do with it. my connection was dropping every 30 seconds earlier today, and last night while watching tv my DVR decided to do an update (granted it was 2:30 am). i guess it was my tv telling me to go to bed.but yeah, in the meantime i've been using http://www.google.com/webhp
