3 bed 2 bath 1600 sq. ft. House w/ front deck, 2 car car port, 550 sq. foot storage building, large yard.

We have a dog, he's very friendly but lets you know if somebody pulls up to the house or is outside.

It's in a really nice neighborhood in Cary.

Male/Female doesn't matter, I've lived with both. I'm a state grad working 9-5 and my roomate is finishing up in ECE so things stay pretty calm during the week.
