Route 129 FTW!
There was only 1 cop that came to down Saturday. The radar detector picked him up a few turns before I ran into him at the Dragon Overlook (around Mile Marker 8). I went to the Foothills for a picnic for an hour or so and when I returned to the overlook he was heading back. That was it! Not much traffic. Lots of Miatas. Lots of Mazdas for that matter. It was very nice, no traffic issues. This was a GREAT time to go. temps in the mid 60's iirc, clear sky, slight breeze. Not a lot of "exotics." (a Porsche 911, one 996, one Boxster, one NSX, and an fD).

I had fun. Who else else got something they wanted to do accomplished?

Dragged Jeepman with me to Oriental to work on Pop's boat. Cleaned out the lil Yanmar diesel's water separator which was filled with horrible looking shit, bled fuel system, got running. Changed oil, tweaked a few things.

That's one good running little engine. 600 cc's of 18 hp diesel. @ 3600 rpm. If it had been warm enough, we'd have jumped overboard to clean the crap off of the prop.

^ haha yeah. That was before the dramamine kicked in. It takes a good 2 hours before it starts to work, but we only gave it about 1 She did say, "I think I'm addicted." afterwards though

Found out that some bitch asshole keyed my car along 75% of the right side with about half of the marks being deep enough to go down to the primer.

I don't have any enemies, park my car perfectly, and there's only one car like mine in the parking lot, so it was some random dipshit ass act of vandalism. I'm going to take it to a family friend some time this week to get a quote on what it will take to fix it. Might fix the other defects in the paint while I'm at it.

Nah...just a simple 2-bore jerk pump. similar to the P7100. But simpler.

Uses regular pop-off injectors like everything for years. It IS an indirect injection engine, hence the high rpms. max governed is 3600 rpm.

Neat little engine, and heavy.
