I have a room at the Marquis at Edwards Mill that will be available April 17, or maybe a few days earlier. Rent is $465 plus half of utilities, which is usually around $80. It's a 2 br/2 ba apartment, and it's really been a great place to live. It's quiet, and in a good area (I've never had to worry about break-ins, or anything like that).
