I'm looking for somone to sublease a 3 bedroom townhome at University Suites Mid-May through Aug 7th for $510 a month (that includes utilities). You will be on the first floor so there is no worry with dragging furniture upstairs, and it is also next to the kitchen. The townhome comes equipped with a patio that is great for grilling out. It also has satellite cable and internet access is also provided. It is located in the back of the complex so there is minimal noise and it is also conveniently located near the volleyball court. The complex also has its own pool, tanning beds, and gym (which has 24 hour access).
