My Dell is giving me this blue screen when trying to boot. I have not had any problems with it up until now.

I tried to boot from the Vista Recovery disc with no success. Everything i try sends me to the blue Unmountable boot volume screen.

Any suggestions?

is your bios boot order set up to read from the cd drive before the hard drive?

yes--it tried to run the recovery program but it didnt work.
