that is pretty strange...a ben's bargains search brings up a whole slew for ~$150 (512mb), with the most recent one (3/3/09) $113AR...but if you click on the link for the most recent one, it shows up as $230ARyou can get the 1gb versions for that price[Edited on March 10, 2009 at 11:51 AM.
