It's a software managed cache. So it does not help to speed the whole VISTA up.But you might see the speed up with applications.The application should be selected once through the Turbo Memory Dashboard.Then it is accelerated in the Turbo Memory.When you click the application, it comes up faster.I am not sure this explanation is enough but that is what I know.Thanks.
