The coolest thing so far is finding the lowest price for an item using craigslist, Amazon, and Ebay. You could do some crazy stock stuff with it.

unfortunately it's a pretty dead project

Google Gears is pretty stiff competition, and Microsoft PopFly is attempting similar stuff.
