That's generally the price range for a 3-4br house at the very least. Hell, I pay $1300/month for 4br/3ba.

congrats. is it furnished? is it in 5 points? actually, tenant now is paying $1350. i realize it is higher but go try to rent a 2 bedroom apartment somewhere decent fully furnished.

like i said in original post, will negotiate rent if you do not need it furnished.
