Is this the third or fourth? I bought the first one which served as a warning for the second. I got about 20 minutes into the second one and haven't looked back.

Futurama is kinda like Star Wars, I just have to pretend that a subset of the whole is the whole, then I'm fine.

This was the 4th movie and probably the last time we'll ever see Futurama. Which sucks because this was was, IMO by far the worst of the 4. And I didn't particularly love any of the first 3. But at least they were good for a good laugh here and there. This one just fell flat all the way through.

It sucks. Futurama deserved a better ending than this.

Haven't watched this yet, but I think the problem with the Futurama movies and the Family Guy movies is that they're designed to be broken up into episodes on TV. That just doesn't work very well IMO. There's no ambitious action sequences, the score is standard Futurama-episode stuff, and the episodic nature ruins the typical 3-act structure most films follow.

There were some really funny parts in all 3 of the movies I watched before, maybe they did drag near the end trying to make a 30 minute episode into a full movie, but I enjoyed watching them. Especially the Scary Door segment of BBS (the humblest of God's creatures...)

So I'll look forward to this.

^funny

I enjoyed it, although it really dragged at the beginning, the storyline with Bender and the mob wasn't funny and had no effect on the rest of the plot.

I haven't watched any of these, and I don't plan to.

And I fucking love Futurama.

Yes we know the drill. The final episode was a perfect ending and what not.

Futurama is just not supposed to be longer than 30 minutes.

^fuck that, the original episodes were incredible.

i actually liked Benders Big Score, the rest of them were quite bad, but i think that this last one was the least bad of them. they all have a couple good moments, but trying to make it so they can split them into episodes really hurt them
