I have a 5-year old, very affectionate male cat that I am putting up for adoption to a loving home. I have only had him for about 3 months, when I adopted him from a friend who was getting married and had to part with him on a short time-scale. I took him with the intention of finding him a new home down the road. He is neutered and de-clawed and LOVES affection from people. To make a long story short, I work long hours and am away from home a lot and can't provide him with the loving environment I believe he needs to be happy. I would be happy to provide more details if contacted. The other side of the coin is that I myself am getting married in the fall, and my fiance already has a cat. Her cat doesn't generally do well with other cats, and we don't want 2 cats.

He is up to date on his vaccines, and I can provide his past medical records. He has been a domesticated cat his entire life, and has lived for most of his life with another cat, so he is perfectly comfortable around them. He loves to play with toys, and all his favorite toys can come with him if you like. I will include his litter box also, which is covered. I think he misses having another cat around, so if anyone is looking for a second cat that is already litter-box trained, neutered, and de-clawed, he would be perfect.
