Hello folks. My wife works for a small office of 5-6 people and I think they have been paying around $600 a month for internet, phone, long distance service and I am pretty sure it is some amount of T1. Is this a reasonable figure to pay for this level of service or is there anything else out there that can be had for cheaper with the same reliability?

i bet that RR business will be about half that

It is reasonable, they may be able to get some reduction in price if they shop it around.

RR Business will be around $250, if that. There's different tiers, but it tops out around $250 for "normal" business activities.

there are a few extremely dense metropolitan areas* where a T1 is almost worth it at ~150$/moother than that, RR knocks off socks[Edited on February 2, 2009 at 9:17 AM. Reason : *generally speaking this does not include the Triangle]

i have great experience with RR business class in Wilmington. I have very bad experience with "business DSL". we do VOIP and RR actually allows it to function properly!
