I am a NCSU graduate that is now in my second year of law school. I will be working in the Raleigh area this summer and will need to sublease an apartment/condo/townhouse. The following is what I would like:

Preferable move-in and move-out dates: Mid May - Beginning of August
Preferably under $500 for everything
Preferably within the beltline, but if it were within 10 minutes of downtown it'd be cool.
Prefer female roommates (they tend to be cleaner), but male roommates would work.
Preferably private bathroom.
Require high speed internet
Require cable, and prefer HBO (Entourage purposes)
Require a parking space
Prefer it to be furnished, but could bring my own furniture

Potential roommates would need to be relatively quiet, over 21 (I'm not buying alcohol for you minors), preferably a non-smoker (however, as long as you didn't smoke in the place, it'd be cool), preferably a drinker (however, as long as you didn't care if I drank, it'd be cool), preferably be a social person that likes to have people over during the weekends, and preferably be someone who cleans on a regular basis.

Hey I a place exactly what you are looking for $499 for everything..brand new apt. ..you would have your own bathroom ..there are 2 girls living here (very clean,sweet girls) Just a few miles from from NCSU. Hi, I have a summer sublease that 430 per month, includes everything, i'll pro rate may, aug is nothing. Its a 4 bedroom townhouse but you'll only have 2 roomies, they are girls that I've known my whole life. We have no pets, they are over 21, and we have all HBO's, everything is furnished. I'm 3 minutes from the beltline, off of gorman st, and there are faster routes dt. You'll have a private bathroom, and an upstairs bedroom, the other upstairs room is the unfurnished one. We are all non smokers but social There is INternet, cable, and local telephone included in the 430, and you have your own space. There is also a pool, pool table, tanning beds, computers with free printing and gym at the complex. I can send pics let me know.
