BUT the free expression tunnel should be treated similarly to how chit chat is treated...dont put serious shit in there and expect it to be pristine and untouched. even it it wasnt gonna be derogatory comments, that mural was eventually going to be painted over with the typical stuff


if you wanna do it right, shell out the money and make an actual memorial, or set aside a DIFFERENT place on campus to paint the mural.

It was probably an NC State student that is a Tar Heel fan. There are enough of those on campus. I highly doubt anybody from Chapel Hill would come over and do that to the tunnel. Thats why I support an ass kicking rule to anybody wearing tarhole garb on campus.

Doesn't reflect negatively on UNC at all. There's no direct UNC implication in the article. They only mention the game and that it was blue.
