Does anyone on here live there? Or do you know anyone who currently lives there? Do you/they like the neighborhood? Is it noisy? How is the staff (maintenance, etc.). I'm looking to move and like these apartments. Especially the B3 Flat floor plan.

I'd imagine its noisy since they're still being constructed.

^^ yeah it isn't very close to 1 which is slightly annoying. I think I would also rather a house with a fenced in backyard for Kobe.

^ not trying to be a douche but that is well within my range.

Well within your range, eh? Shoot, buy a townhouse or a condo at that price.

yeah, $950 is well within my range, too...which is why i bought a house

at least for my ~$900 mortgage, i have over 1600 square feet, an acre of land, 4 bedrooms (2 bath), and i'm all of a 10-minute ride to work

as noted, though, to each their own

just b/c you can afford it doesn't make it a good use of money.

he didn't come to tww to ask if he should or shouldn't spend his money this way. some people have the means and like that type of lifestyle, why should he be bashed for it.

yeah seriously. spend your money how you want. I don't feel like worrying about repairs to anything. I don't feel like having to worry about a septic tank, or roof condition, or furnace, or anything else that is more hassle than calling a maintenance man.

Also, I am single, what am I going to do with 1600 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms? Brag about it on TWW, I guess.

^while ill agree that spending money on a house can be a good investment, there is major risk as people have found out. also there are a lot of other reasons (financial) and practical that it can be better for someone to rent than to buy
