My Gmail pop3 checking is slow.

Right now it says "Last checked: 57 minutes ago"

Any way i can speed up the intervals to 5 minutes or 10 minute checking?

you mean - you're downloading gmail into a client like Outlook? or you're using Gmail's POP feature to check another address?
