just got this in the mail in response to my FCC complaint about TWC's switch to SDV and all of the troubles i had getting my cablecards installed:



not sure what these "certain areas" are, but still...

oh yeah, and... i filed this complaint FOUR MONTHS AGO. good job, TWC.

they also didn't even begin to address all of my concerns as listed in the complaint... SDV was only ONE of them.

i'm thinking of writing a response to this Mr. Tignor saying that i find TWC's response entirely inadequate, lol
