So, I am in this business class. We are doing an assignment where we are trying to maximize profit. We have four different commodities we can order differing amounts. We can also set them at four different prices. Its been a few years since I have had calculus, but isn't there a calculus system we can use to max profit?

yup.equate that shit in terms of each otherzdifferentiate that shit. then check for the max. but don't forget the end points. in reality this is almost never the max, but in practice it may frequently be.I'm Big Business and i approved this message.

use excel and set up some tables (solver, solvertable)

perhaps if random101 would give us a definite question instead of his random101 ramblings, people here wouldn't be giving random101 answers.
