Basically, it's latex semi gloss indoor pant on the panel board you see in the picture, and the roller grazed the ceiling in a couple of places in this room. (There is a larger photo in my gallery)Anyone have any advice on a product to use to remove this pait with out causing damage to the wood?

Will it not scrape off? I'd probably try to scrape it off with a putty knife first.[Edited on January 9, 2009 at 8:24 AM. Reason : ]

I'd try scraping it with a Food Lion MVP card.Maybe with a little paint thinner on the card once you get the bulk of it off.

did you paint it? if so, keep a wet rag with you while you're painting next time and just wipe stuff off.you may be able to scrap it off. but if not, a little bit of sand paper should take it off no problem. don't take a sander to it or anything. Just some sand paper in your hand or wrapped around a small block. or one of those sanding foam pad things. just go at it lightly until it's all off.[Edited on January 9, 2009 at 9:56 AM. Reason : .]

^There is also "painters tape" that would have prevented that. You'd probably have to use "laqcuer (sp?) tape" (the green kind) for wood though.

true. plus the tops and corners can be painted with a brush (more control). Then just run the roller as close as you're comfortable going. should have also been running the edge of the roller (no paint) next to the ceiling. It looks like they just ran the roller straight up the wall.
