My company is looking to hire a contractor with a minimum of five years experience working with Juniper Networks NetScreen Firewalls.

Doubt I'll find anybody through here with that experience, but if so, send me a PM.

40/hr?

You looking for something where he would work for you full time during that time? Or just some part time help?
