I thought he was closer to going to UNC than State for some reason. But definitely could be wrong on that. My recruiting interest has decreased heavily over the past couple years. But I don't think we had that good of chance with this guy...I remember him being a Florida lean for most of his recruitment.

HAHA, that kid was never coming to play college football in the state of N.C., where do you people get this stuff? Did he even OV? He's one of the best LB in the country, and he looks to be quite confident in his abilities. The state of NC has some decent high school talent. I'm guessing he was a teammate of Maddox at Crest?

Just read an old story on Spikes. State really was after him hard -- and according to the story, Nate Irving was really trying to get him to come.
