had a defective xg magnum 500 psu. called and spoke with their customer service rep umar who gave me instructions on how to rma the unit along with the rma number. their phone number has been changed to a number that just rings with no answer and their rma status checker just gives errors. emailed and haven't gotten a response . it's been a month and a half haven't gotten my power supply back. has anyone ever had this happen? i feel like i got boiler roomed
