man I would pay movie prices to watch a bball/football game in 3-D at a theatre.

that would be an experience. HD, Surround Sound, and 3-D.

I would watch the NC game in a ballroom with 3D TV, possibly. No way am I gonna sit in a theater for 4 hours without huge trays of food, beer, and a bathroom within 30 seconds walk at my disposal. Just doesn't seem like much fun unless you have 4 hours to kill and you are by yourself.

i want NFL in real 3D

like they have emitters all around the field bouncing waves around, they get reconstituted into image data, which is projected in a giant football field sized room, and people would be able to view the game as if they were standing on the field in real time. And i mean anywhere on the field. Like standing right next to PRiv as the ball is snapped. Lining up next to Mario and running with him to the quarterback. Hanging out with Devin Hester as he waits to return a punt.

basically, I want an NFL holodeck. And I want that shit now.
