One of the best radar detectors out there, just do a little research and you'll see. Consistently rated near the top or at the top of Popular Mechanics, Car and Driver, radarbusters.com, etc etc.

Mine is a little over a year old, kept in its hard case when not in use and handled delicately, practically mint. I just want the cash for Christmas and don't drive as fast as I did when I was younger. Certainly saved me from a crapload of tickets though.

i'm saying that you can get one that is, for all intents and purposes, new for $224

as opposed to your used year-old unit that is selling for $190

each to his own, but i'd rather get the unit that has been refurbished by escort

Understood. So I'm "asking" 190 and seeing what I can get. They do have great re-sell value, by the way, cause I bought this new for about 250 on Ebay (including shipping/insurance) and so a year later and it's only dropped by like 25 bucks...pretty good for consumer electronics.
