Anybody know a good mechanic that specializes in Toyotas? I have a Previa that needs some work.

Rear pinion seal for one. Then I gotta power wash the engine and look for a possible oil leak. The mechanic said it could be pretty bad but I've yet to see any oil on the ground.

After driving the van for a while, I get a very slow drip around the transmission and around the rear diff. The fluid is red. No noticeable driving changes. About 225K miles.
