I've never heard anyone advertise an apartment that has a great view of the pool, as if that's a good selling point.

i know at university house when it was university house they charged more for ones around the pool.. not sure if it's the same here but yeah..those are worth more for whatever (possibly creepy) reason.

The current rate for the apartments (per room) is above $700....they do charge more for "pool view".If you think having a pool view is creepy, maybe you have a deeper issue at hand. It's considered a marketing tool.
