Did you try the people recommended to you last time you asked? Just wondering if those people turned out to be too expensive or you didnt get a good vibe from them?

I have been working with a friend who has done several houses in the area. It is not difficult to do this yourself. The prefinished hardwoods are the way to go IMO. PM me with the details if you would like a quote.
