So wait, you were parked illegally and got towed and are now searching for some technicality which you can take to small claims court in hopes of getting your $150 fee back?Perhaps you should just drop it and not park illegally any more. Others on here have tried to accomplish a similar feat and failed miserably. You may as well just save yourself the time.

Give up bro; if the tow truck driver or land owner wants to be a cock who will bend the rules just to tow you. Just ask Food Lion. Like saying that Wolfline Riders will be towed if not parked on the outside wall than using this as justification to tow any random car that just so happens to show up in your lot, even if they buy something from foodlion, if their car is not removed within a subjective time period.

sounds like you should research it for a few days to get your lot bill up. only to come to a dead end. you know how many people try this shit?that should teach you the next time you want to be lazy and just park where ever.

^^^yes, i'm lookin for a technicality. I used to work in the signing dept at the NCDOT. All kinds of people would call in to find out info on signs and other bullshit things to try to get out of things like this. Basically, if the sign doesn't meet the requirements, then its not a sign and you have every right to play the dumbass card. Here is another that could possibly work for other tow trucks:

This kinda reminds of Dollyman - anyone know what happened to him?

^^ but they can notify you by mail which then charges you for lot fees
