Back when the injury was annouced, they were not sure if it was career ending. Has that been determined yet?

not positive, but I believe he is going to be just fine for next season.

Donald Bowens is the man. We would have beat Carolina by like 70 if we had that kid.

is this stemming from the LB at UNC who had a career-ending spine injury?

^^ I know what he's talking about. I heard about it on the radio on the way home from work tonight. The kid was a senior and he'll miss the Duke game Saturday. I guess technically it's a 'career'-ending injury since he's a senior, but they said it'll be the first game he will miss in 4 years.

No one hates you aph. What would the football recruiting thread look like without your input?

According to PP, Donald Bowens should be fine for the start of the season next year. So hopefully that's right, because our WR-core is young and talented and he just adds more leadership.

The UNC LB might of been able to have a Pro career, thus, "career ending" doesnt just mean one more game in college.....(or two with the Bowl)Back when Bowens injury occurred, O'Brien said they were unsure if it could be career ending. Thank GOD it is not.....Spencer has butterfingers. (catches about 1/3 of his passes)[Edited on November 26, 2008 at 1:41 PM. Reason : w]
