I bought this like 6 weeks ago after going for an iPhone and getting denied . I bought it from a kid who dropped his in the ocean and got it replaced from Apple two months prior- so this is a first gen Touch that is only 3.5 months old. It was mint, with a new screen protector and no scratches on the back when I got it, I decided to be slick one day and go without the $30 silicone Incase protector (included) and managed to get some tiny scratches on the back from going in and out of my pocket. Pwnt. Anyhow, it works flawlessly, the Wifi is a blessing, everything is included but headphones. You probably dont want my old headphones but if you do you can have them, they arent apple but lookalikes. Cleaning cloth, original papers and stickers in the original box, sync cable, incase protector, all included. $165 I live in Clayton.
