Who will fall first--Tennessee (9-0) or Detroit (0-9)?

Has any recent team been as bad as the Lions? Oakland comes to mind, but shit they won at least two games each season (IIRC). Meh, personally any less competition in the NFC North is a-ok with me.

Tennessee, not Jacksonville.

All of the other first three posts had an edit, so I figured I'd hop on the bandwagon.

I was watching ESPN as they were talking about Jacksonville. One of those mental slips!

^no team has ever gone 0-16. the worst records in NFL history are 0-14 (most recently by the bucs) and 1-15. The record for most consecutive losses is 15, held by the 2001 Panthers.

As already mentioned in this thread, last year's Dolphin team was horrible. They got one lucky win to avoid the 0-16 season. I'm sure the Lions will manage to show up and get a win at some point in this season.

^^Most consecutive losses in a single season.

The Bucs lost 26 straight before winning the final 2 games of their second season.

Update: Detroit is now 0-11. With 5 games remaining the hope for the Dream Season remains alive.

Indianapolis
New Orleans
Green Bay

I give them a 25% chance of finishing with a win.

it is impossible for them to go 0-16 because there is no team that is going to be undefeated if you believe that the nfl parity theory actually works

im just throwing out if you believe that the nfl parity works, then it is impossible for a team to go 0-16 if there is no team that goes completely undefeated based on how the league works with respect to the draft and scheduling

If they do a Miami Dolphins (1-15 last season, 10-6 and in the playoffs this season), they will be in the playoffs next year (easy ass schedule)
