300 + Utilities

One of our roommates became a bum and could not pay his rent so he had to move back in with his parents. The house is walking distance to campus. Currently 3 of us (males) live there, all seniors at State. The room would be available from now till the end of July.

The house is older but the location is great. PM me if you want more details/to set up to come check it out.
