My '96 M3 (which is obd2 and less responsive to mods than '95) ran 14.1@98mph bone stock except intake. Car maybe puts down 205-210whp. That's with me being first time at the drag strip. Better driver is easily is high 13s with proper launch. '95 m3 with 235whp in 3150lb stock car weight is a surprisingly agile car.
