I have to Wii Remotes, but when we try to play 2 players, the second remote will not register when I push the button it tells me to push. I put in another game and the remote registered just fine.

is this an issue anyone else has had?

What is the other game that you are trying? Some other games will allow you to sync a Wiimote for that session only and it won't be registered with your Wii after you turn it off. WiiSports does that.

Have you synced that second Wiimote to your system? It involves pressing the little red button on the Wii and then pressing the little red button on the Wiimote under the battery cover (it actually may be the other order . . . I can never remember).

Easiest way to tell would be to turn on the Wii and press the 'A' button on both Wiimotes and see if you get cursors for both.

no i haven't done that.

it was wii play that i used for the other one.

I will sync them now.
