Yeah, according to the story she only has 3 bird feeders. I mean if she had a large number of them, suet cages, and some birdhouses to the point where birdshit was ruining people's house paint and rats were infesting the neighborhood I could understand. Hell, maybe that IS the problem they're having and the paper's playing it like mean neighbors abusing a law to pick on a poor little old lady? As the story reads though, it does sound a little silly to give her a hard time about it.

Well up until recently you could be fined by the City of Raleigh for having poison ivy growing anywhere on your property. Having that said I will not make fun of the British.
