do you mean you want to insert a real checkbox, like a form-object, or turn an actual cell into a checkbox?

turn a cell in to a checkbox so I can keep track of "I did or didnt to this yet"

but the check-box won't have any kind of "action" associated with it? No script running that will check the status of the checkbox or anything?in other words, more or less the same as just putting an "x" into a cell, but just something that looks better and you can toggle off and on?

just put an X there then....this is the same guy that mentioned a certain backpack was good (for MACs specifically)

ok, well I just got home and tried it out on my Mac Excel, and it works just like Windows Excel - go to View > Toolbars and enable the Forms toolbar. Then you will get a little pallette of forms, including a checkbox. You can put the checkbox in wherever you want and give it a label and everything
