g/f moved and need rent. i own this house. $375 + utilities ... max of $525/mo.

room is decently sized and very clean, fresh paint, nice overhead fan/light, etc.

house is 3br, 2ba. it is on a half acre and is in a quiet area. i have a large workshed that can be used and has a little room for storage, too, or for any projects you may have. i'm currently using a 3rd bedroom (smallest) as an office, but may move all of that into my master bedroom if i find a 3rd roommate that is acceptable.

i have a cat (inside/outside). no other dogs/cats/horses allowed. flying squirrels ok.
